Located near Balbriggan and built in 1737, this beautiful restored Victorian House is a must see for castle enthusiasts. The principal rooms, kitchens and the Exhibition Room are all open to the public. The surrounding parkland also contains a rose garden and a walled herb garden.

Built in the 12th century by the Talbot Family, this castle remained a family residence until 1975. There are a number of period rooms on view and The National Portrait Collection is also housed within its walls. The Fry Model Railway is also on view here and its unique collection of hand made model trains are a must see for all railway lovers.
The courtyard accommodates craft shops and tea rooms and also Tara’'s Palace, a spectacular display of antique dolls.
