Have a pre dinner drink in the cocktail bar or on the large viewing balcony followed by a menu of contemporary Irish and international cuisine made using the finest local produce from the market gardens that make this part of County Dublin famous.
A hand-picked wine cellar includes some well-known favourites and some very special vintages you will only find in Carlton Hotel restaurants.
