unfortunately the hotel lost points in the dining room food was fine but senior staff left a lot to be desired

Great experience
 
From our arrival at the airport to our departure we were treated with great dignity by all staff. We stayed on both our outward and inward journeys this time and had a wonderfully relaxing stay each ... time.Both bus drivers were really helpful above and beyond the call of duty. The lady cleaning the foyer was very friendly. This was our sixth visit and hopefully we will return. THANK YOU to all ---

Fantastic customer service
 
Having stayed twice in the hotel I would recommend it to a friend! Having experienced some sleep disturbance on the second night through no fault of the staff or the fantastic room, I was a little ... agitated. However as soon as I brought it to the attention of the staff they couldn't have been more professional while giving a sense of genuinely caring for the customer! I will be recommending to friends. ---

Had a park and fly offer, stayed here with my girlfriend We were met by very friendly staff and I was given a carpark facing room but when I rang down to get it changed within 10 minuets I was in my ... savage new room. I forgot my ring next morning and all in 1 phone call they had it got and kept at reception for me. We got stuck in with the ash cloud for two days extra and there was no problem leaving the car there the extra few days. I really liked this hotel it has a touch of class to it, shuttle bus is very handy also. It made my holiday a lot easier and less stressful and I will definitely stay in this hotel again. ---

Before the Next Day's Flight
 
It's a good place to stay if you need to be near the airport. In fact, I wish there were a Carlton of this quality in Dublin City Center: comfortable, well-ventilated, sparkling clean room, courteous ... staff, quiet, reasonably priced. I especially like the free shuttle service to the terminal. Meals were good, breakfast better than the average hotel meal, a good selection of varied fare for dinner. ---

Perfect Location and service.
 
We chose this hotel for one night before flying out to Spain. The staff we found extremely friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spacious and well furnished. We would definitely return if needing an overnight stay at Dublin airport.

Great location!
 
Great location if you travel, you can even leave your car there while you are away! Very good service, helpful staff too. I had to change my reservation due to volcanic ash, and the staff members were great. The cherry on top is the short trip to the airport. The bus driver is a pleasure to talk to.

B&B offer not an april fool.
 
Great offer on April fools Day. Stayed overnight before flying out to Sicily. Great spacious room with really comfy bed. Spotless bathroom and excellent room service. One of the best breakfasts we have ever had and prompt free transfer to airport. All for 69euro. Beat that for value. Definitely stay here again. Friendly staff and great chatty driver of shuttle bus.

We've stayed in other airport hotels and this was by far the best. Great start to our week in the States and looking forward to another trip away and definitely staying here.
