Thank you for a wonderful stay on our first night in Ireland. We were greeted with the warmest of Irish welcomes. Everyone was so friendly and professional and we were even helped with our (many) bags by the Manager! The room was spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely be back next time we stay in Dublin.

We were one of the families stranded in Ireland and stay at the Carlton for 6 days. In a time where we could have been taken advantage of. The Carlton did just the opposite. We are a family of 4 with two ... small boys. We will go back some day and see the rest of Ireland. Extremely Nice people and accommodating. Sinead at the desk, Martin managing, and John driving. Not to mention the rest of the staff very helpful too. Thanks again ---

Great Stay
 
Stayed one night and parked the car for a fortnight. Good experience. Ticket wasn't validated properly for the car and had to go back in only for the receptionist to press the button to lift the barrier. It's the small things that bug you after a 10 hour flight!! Apart from that excellent service.

Excellent Hotel and Service
 
Hi I would like to say that I stayed recently with my 2 daughters, with my sister and her daughter for 2 nights. Excellent hotel, wonderful food. Staff excellent especially Sinead on reception. Thanks to all. We will be back.

Relax & Fly
 
We stayed for one night before flying to Malta. We parked the car for a week. The whole experience was so relaxing we were actually sad to go on holiday. The reception staff were so nice and helpful, thank you Sinead, and the restaurant food and service was fabulous. The room and corridors etc. were spotless Next time I might stay AFTER I return, not before i go.

I stayed with my son after travelling to see the rugby at Croke Park. Everything about the hotel was excellent from catching the shuttle at the airport until returning to the airport. Excellent value and room was outstanding. Will definitely book again.

I had to write to let you know how much I appreciated your staff on my last stay. We had problems with our flight, and Continental put us in your hotel. I traveled with my father-in-law who was 93, who ... found the ordeal a little daunting. Your staff made the stay better than expected. I just wanted to let you know you have a great staff, and for myself and my father-in-law would like to thank them for their kindness in a difficult situation. ---

We stayed one night before flying out on holiday, parking the car for a week. The whole experience was excellent and a special thanks to Sinead who looked after us so well. The room was so spacious and very quiet. If you eat in the restaurant try the Surf & Turf, it was fabulous. We will not stay anywhere else now after that night.

we found the hotel to be excellent value for money, we left our car there while on holiday. The friendly service, early breakfast and shuttle to airport were second to none.

Stranded at Dublin!
 
My wife and I booked to stay just one night before flying to New York for our 5th wedding anniversary. Sadly we were delayed by 1 day due to snow in NY, we contacted the Carlton Dublin Airport to book ... another night, after explaining the situation and the fact is was our wedding anniversary Emma and the reception team took it upon themselves to look after us and even gave us and upgrade to a suite for the night. This was above and beyond the call of duty and really made the difference to a shakey start to our anniversary. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay there again and it's sister hotels. Thank You all at the Carlton Dublin Airport ---
