Stayed with yourselves the night before holiday.Had a slight problem with online booking,it booked us in the wrong night.The next morning Denise Whelan sorted the problem out.Have stayed with work a few times and always had a great experience!!!! Parking facility excellent.

Although i stayed for just one night, my experience there left me with one thought... I must Stay here again! I could go on about the obvious great service and quality, but for me it was the sense of being 'like home'! Comfortable, relaxing and welcoming. Just Like home! Thank you for the experience.

Was heading to New York the next morning and decided to stay over in Dublin. The whole experience with the Carlton Hotel @ Dublin Airport was an excellent start to the holiday. The room was complete luxury and the bar food was exceptional.

A smart clean and friendly service even when checking in late and leaving early. The car parking is cheap and the shuttle bus is convenient. A leaflet on the shuttle bus service would be handy showing ...
times and location of pick up at the airport on your return. Clients should be warned that the bus can get full quickly and that their travel times should take that into account as they may have to wait 15 to 20 minutes for the next one ! ---

forward to coming back for the service and knowledge that the rooms would be good and I would be near the airport. WELL - this Hotel this time became my ...
"Lighthouse in a Storm" as I had gotten food poisoning and was really very, very ill. I could go on for 800 words describing the service to help me but I won't... I'll just say - if you're looking for a clean, good hotel with an EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT, FRONT DESK and HOUSEKEEPING departments , This is the place. They know how to run the place and make your feel comfortable not matter what the circumstances... rooms always clean, EVERYONE helpful from the maid to the manager. Don't be fooled by any reviews of ill treatment by
front desk staff --- absolutely could not happen unless you were so rude that you became impossible. Great free shuttle service to the Airport and best of all quick internet service... I've made the Carlton chain a priority for future booking - they proved to me at this location that
they are a top-notch company. Thanks to everyone there (especially the poor maid who had to clean my room) for everything! ---

I have been staying at the Carlton Airport Hotel 2-3 times a year since it opened. It is conveniently close to the airport, the shuttle bus service is very efficient, the staff are very friendly and overall it is a pleasure to stay there.

I have stayed in 2 of Dublin's other "4 star" hotels and been sadly disappointed but this was certainly not the case at the Carlton. A spacious, comfortable room, great food, and an efficient airport shuttle made this the best of Dublin's airport hotels!

We were so lucky to find this hotel and that they were able to take us in on a cold, wet and windy night. We had arrived from Australia only to find that our accommodation we had booked on the Internet ...
was so bad we could not stay there. We were out in the cold until we found this wonderful hotel. We were given a very large family room it had no less that 3 king size double beds. We also had a wonderful meal in their resturant and the breakfast was just great. The staff were very so frindly and helpful.This hotel was very central to all the major tourist attractions. We were sad to leave. But we wiil be back!Expect to see a few more Australians as we have given the broucure to our travel agent. ---

Nice quiet location, only a few mins from airport, courtesy bus drops you at departure doors and reception staff and bus driver both really helpful and friendly. Nice big comfortable bed. Didn't have the opportunity to use the bar or restaurant. This is the best Dublin Airport hotel I've stayed at yet.
