Fintan brings with him a wealth of experience from his time with Dublin's Fitzwilliam Hotel, Radisson SAS Dublin Airport, Great Southern Hotels and Adare Manor.
Fintan has created superb menus in both Kittyhawks Bistro and Cluds Rooftop Restaurant which incorporate fresh, locally grown produce as well as the finest Irish meats and locally caught fish. All our dishes are cooked to order and the results are consistently high quality food enhanced by Fintan's signature dishes and some old favourites.
