Our Executive Head Chef is the young and adventurous James Tennent late of L'Ecrivian and La Stampa city restaurants. James has created a fantastic menu for Clouds which incorporates fresh locally grown produce and the finest meats and seafoods. Everything is made freshly, by hand, and the results are astonishing. James's menu also includes his own signature creations and some old favorites.
