At Mayfly Restaurant we place a great deal of importance on the provenance and traceability of our food,  and on using the finest and freshest ingredients. We would like to reassure our valued guests that we take our food safety obligations very seriously and expect from our suppliers the highest standards of diligence in product integrity and traceability. We source our ingredients from highly reputable suppliers and we continue to work closely with these suppliers to ensure you may continue to enjoy a consistently excellent dining experience.

Mayfly restaurant is open all day serving Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

  • (06.30-10.30 Saturday & Sunday)
  • LUNCH: 12:00 – 14:30
  • DINNER: 17.30– 21:30

Local Suppliers

Our team of chefs have created a range of Irish & European dishes using the finest Irish produce. The Carlton Hotel Dublin Airport was one of the first hotels in Dublin to adopt the new Farm to Fork initiative; our chefs are now sourcing local, seasonal produce for the new menus.
